Tuition Assistance Program

DMCS understands that the financial commitment of tuition is substantial and may be difficult for some families. For this reason, we fundraise and accept donations towards a student assistance fund that can assist families with the financial burden tuition fees may cause.

All documentation is required for the application. Our application is detailed and in depth to ensure we are providing our very limited funds to those in most need, we appreciate you providing this information. Depending on your application and circumstances, further information, or a meeting with the DMCS tuition assistance committee may be required. Once all required documents are submitted, applications will be reviewed, and you will receive an email with confirmation of approval and your tuition rate. We will attempt to process applications (unless more information is required) within 3 weeks.

Applications must be received by August 1st in order to be considered for financial assistance for the upcoming year.

Please complete the form below and then email assistance@dmcssj.com with the supporting documents below:

1.     Required proof of income

a.      Canada Revenue Agency Notice of Assessment for 2025 taxation year

b.      Canada Child Benefit Notice for 2026

2.     Additional proof of income if applicable

a.      Government of Canada Student Loan Notice of Assessment for 2026-2027

b.      Business financial statements (if the parent is self-employed or owns a business)

c.      Written agreement of spousal and/or child support

d.      Any other statements providing support to household income
